Hi Glenn,

Looks really good! Your persistence has paid off.

Mounted the old needles and main jets, left the new idle Keyster's in there.
Clutch seems to work fine, fitted new cable etc. and painted both crankcases with Dupli DE1650.

Still waiting now for some small parts to arrive to finish everything else.

Thanks Tim.
I passed my motorcycle driving test yesterday so should have my license next week I hope.

Anyone who knows where the black Honda decal should be applied?
Is this the right place, on the frame next to the gastank?

Parts book indicates a 6x12 bolt for the front fork drain.

The thread beginning of my right fork is bad so with a 12mm bolt I can't tighten it enough to seal and without breaking the thread.

Can I use a 6x16 bolt or will this touch a slider part inside the fork?

I plan on rebuilding the forks in the future but first I want to enjoy summer and ride it.

Drove it for the first time yesterday.
Well... This just exceeds my expectations. The sound is just nuts when you open the throttle in 3rd or 4th gear.

Front fork is leaking but I'm planning to rebuilt it in the near future or next winter.
Special thanks to Ed, Tim etc. for the advice and parts.
