Based on my math calculations the numbers listed are nearly 8000 digits apart. "UP" to 200 would be normal. I still say if it is not a show bike then why sweat the small stuff. Rusty

Bill Silver's invaluable restoration guide says that the original numbers can be up to 200 apart.
At times they are more than 300 apart. ..................lm
