Which petcock

Post by jugger18 » Thu Oct 30, 2014 4:02 pm

My superhawk came with 3 petcocks. 2 are the same, 1 is different. Which if any are original for the 65/66 cb77?

My original has 2 nipples pointing down and one horizontal pointing to the nipple on the right side of the tank.

Looking at the lever of your petcock, are the 2 downspouts on the left or right?

Rebuild kits are cheap. You'll be able to get it cleaned up and working! You should have seen the one on my bike. It looked hopeless, but with some cleaning, patience and new seals it works just fine.
