This pic is with a borrowed seat on for testing although I never got more than three feet. The race seat is back and on and I will post pics asap.

Oh, and someone please tell me what color the taillight bracket is supposed to be! I've seen both silver, and frame color.

Yours is correct. The little taillight bracket was fender-coloured.

The bigger, European bracket -- 3-point fixing -- incorporated a much larger numberplate mounting surface and, for some (German/Dutch) markets, winker mounts; that type was black.

Sorry for the bad pics, I'm still using my iPhone. Can't find the camera.

I ran out of gas on the highway yesterday! Had to push her about a mile to a station.

So unfortunately, my superhawk riding days were numbered. I was leaving the grocery store on the cb77 when a lady coming the opposite direction decided take a left right in front of me. I was only going abou 25mph, but that was enough. I had surgery on my shattered foot last Thursday night and will have another surgery on it tomorrow.
If anyone has any front end Parts they want to get rid off, let me know.

Bummer! After all the work you put into it.

I sometimes question my wisdom in riding my irreplaceable/priceless (to me) bike out where the idiots can get me. Thought about getting a newer bike for a rider, but I really like riding mine. Just have to be careful and lucky I guess.

Surely somebody can help you out with replacement parts when you go to put it back together.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. -Lee
