Ok, snapped some pics of the control modules. The left side is stock I'm guessing so it's the right side that's from another bike. The mirror mounts on both controls are in different locations which drives me nuts as a symmetry freak.

Is there a good place to get vintage style controls (i.e metal instead of plastic housing) for the left and right side that would take care of the options that are on the bike (blinker/lights/start/horn/etc)?

A really high issue number for sure.
Tail light is confusing but that happens often. .................lm

All CBs had electric start. The right bar switch is from a CL125A, also used on other models. The right side switch with blinker controls is hard to find, and figure on paying around $200 for a really nice one. Try posting in the parts wanted section.

Thanks for the model info. I just picked up this NOS one from ebay for $22

It should match the right side nicely. BTW, if anybody else is looking for those, I found two of them in the $40 range and this one for $25:

Guy says it's NOS as well.

This way I'll have a nice ergonomic blinker setup and the look will be appropriate for the year.

Going through the exhaust bits. I took the headers off to clean them up a bit. I noticed a big weight difference between the two. Upon inspection I realized that one side had an inner steel tube while the lighter one did not. Was this common or do you think one side is aftermarket and one side is stock?

Hi,

Yes, possible, the heavy one is original, but not all the light ones are after market,
please make a good picture of both sides,
