So I decided to clean up the rear brake assembly tonight. The cable is in good nick just needs some lube'in. The axel had some surface rust by the left side spacer. One of the shoe cams was stuck beyond belief. Lots of soaking in penetrating oil and it broke free after 15 minutes. A quick bath in the ultrasonic cleaner did wonders for the parts. It's all back together and nice as can be.

Ok new low bars and front brake cable installed. I was happy to find the controls weren't cut and lengthened for the high bars. I may be forgetting some things but the bike is all done and on the road now. Put around 30 miles on her just testing everything.
