Restore, maybe not; unless you can find a crankcase upper with a close number. Refresh and ride? Well, if you have the space and enthusiasm.....

It looks as though it needs just a tank & petcock. Rig up some kind of fuel feed -- after cleaning out the carb bowls -- connect a 12V battery and see if it runs. It's a helluva find, for sure.

Did you get the key and title with it?

i guess that is what i ment was to rebuild it and make it road worthy , guy who i got it from is heading back up to the pile thinks the tank is there ........man i hope so
