I believe that petcock is for a CB350. It should work but may not be totally correct.

The crossover / balance tube was deleted on late CL models and a Honda Bulletin issued in May 67 listed revised part numbers for both the tank and the fuel tap body.

I haven't found a similar Parts Bulletin for the CB models but the fuel tap body on CB models was changed at CB77 1052488, very late in the production run. I believe this change was made for the same reason, IE deletion of the crossover tube. Honda decided was 'not necessary and therefore deleted.'

On a personal note I beg to differ with Honda on this one, I recently ran out of gas on my CB77 (which has the balance tube blanked off to simplify fuel tank removal.) There was clearly gas in the right hand half of the tank but none was reaching the carbs, luckily I was at the top of a hill when the bike died, the petrol station was at the bottom!

I saw a CB77 tank without the crossover tube only once on an ebay auction several years ago, but none since. That petcock looks like the one that Sirius Consolidated lists as a CB77 unit. It is identical to my CB350 unit. It should work fine if you don't have a crossover tube on the tank, except that the outlets are on the left side of the body instead of the right like a stock CB77 petcock. This may affect the routing of your fuel lines a bit.
