if you can't rig up a scramblers heat guard to fit that, I'd be sure to wear my tallest cowboy boot and jeans. not sure where that pipe lands on your leg.

ruh roh, my boots aren't super tall...my coworker suggested today that may be switched sides? I haven't looked that close, but maybe?

The pipes may be from a cs77?
Pretty rare here...

Attached find pic of my exhaust that came on the '66 Super Hawk (aka bob the bobber.)
Looks sort of similar. I thought this was a homegrown item also. Maybe ?

couldnt get the ad to post on the classifieds, so copied it all to here:

got this a couple years ago, put lots of time into it, just got a new tail light lens, just got the title this month, got it out and started tinkering to try to get it started again, was putting around in the alley practicing shifting turning etc. it died, i got off and saw it was on fire. called 911, 20 minutes later they hadnt shown up and the fire had burnt out so i called back and said never mind. it had a half gallon or so of gas in it, that all burnt up, the glass on the speedometer cracked, looks like carbs melted, one brake lever melted, part of seat burnt, etc. does have a clean title and a trashcan full of extra parts, including 10 of the wrong sparkplug, pictured.

I would like to try to fix it, but the state it was in before was almost too much for me, I have terrible luck, tomorrow is two weeks since I got hit by a car while riding my bicycle. Other stupid stuff just seems to happen to me, and mixing that with the inherent danger of riding a motorcycle seems to be a bad idea to me. I also have too many interests and need to narrow down to a few projects and hobbies, so this has to go. I am in Indianapolis with no way to transport all this, it was a mile from my old house and I had a station wagon when I bought it, put it in the moving truck to move to the new house. I would like to sell everything together, lots of good parts on the bike and in the can. It did run, I have a key and a title for it, would be good for someone who had an engine but no frame, or a bike without a title. Need the space and would like to try to recoup some of my money. Make me an offer! Might be interested in trading for a fishing boat or kayaks?
