Powder Coating Silver

Post by STSCowboy » Mon Feb 13, 2012 2:06 pm

Have any of you powder coated the Fenders or other parts that closely match the Stock Silver Paint? If so, what brand and color did you use?

Thanks,

Joe

Joe,

I've seen bikes that were done that way, and IMHO, they didn't look good.

I was afraid of that but my powder coater does such a good job on rims that I think I may give him a try anyway. If it doesn't work, I will just use the PC as a base coat.

Here is the blue color I am thinking of going with.

Joe,
There is a Paint Topic under Restoration, you may get the info you are looking for under that topic. Cliff
