Sorry, beginning of '65. That's a '65 frame#.

And yes, white is probably the rarest of the four main colours of black/silver, blue/silver, red/silver and ALL white, as yours is.

Hi,

Early 65 means indeed beginning 1965, but the tag on the wiring could show 1964.
It's not good, not bad. These bikes were made from 1960 to 1967, so it's a late version.

thanks for that info ,greatly appreciated ,not sure if i am gonna resto it or if it is going to someone wants it for what i think it is just looking for more info on what exactly it is...i also read white ones are a little rarer but not sure if this is true or not.....................someone anyone help !!!!!!!!!

I doubt the color is going to matter in the current shape it's in. Post up the vin and engine numbers so the guys that know can tell you exactly what year it is. Actually, if you look at the wire harness under the tank area, it should have a year on it

If you're not up to restoring it or parting it out, expect to fetch around $200-$300

A motor from a scrambler; well, the upper casing, at least. It has a '64 wiring harness, so very early '65 production. Seven-digit frame numbers were rolled out in '65, according to documentation.

well this number from the motor i got from the top side of the case which is on the side of the motor where the shifter is ....if the motor doesnt match the bike is it still worth restoing or is it really just a parts bike?
