Side Stand HelpSide Stand HelpI have a friend who has a 66 Hawk who purchased a side stand for the bike off of Flea-Bay. He says the stand will not fit no matter how he attempts to mount it. Can anyone with a side stand on their machine post a shot to see if the stand is correct for the machine. This would be greatly appreciated.
Re: Side Stand HelpAny chance of a pic of his?.

Re: Side Stand HelpLM, I should have a pic in a day or so. Will post when it arrives. HAVE PICS DON'T HAVE MEMORYBRITMAN, I HAVE JUST THE PICTURES YOU NEED. HOWEVER PUTING THEM ON THE FORUM IS NOT POSSIBLE UNTIL THE WEBMASTER FOR THE SITE LETS LOOSE SOMEMORE FILE MEMORY FOR ME. SEND ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND I CAN SEND THEM TO YOU. YOU WILL RECIEVE TWO PICTURES. ONE A STAND MOUNTED ON A CB77 PARTS BIKE I WAS GIVEN AND TWO A PICTURE OF TWO STANDS SIDE BY SIDE A CB77 STAND AND A CB160 STAND. THE TWO STANDS LOOK SIMILAR BUT ARE NOT INNERCHANGEABLE. THE 160 STAND HAS ONLY TWO HOLES IN THE BRACKET WHILE THE 305 STAND HAS FOUR HOLES IN THE BRACKET (NOT ALL FOR MOUNTING). AS A MATTER OF FACT, I SOLD THIS CB77 SIDESTAND ON EBAY A FEW MONTHS AGO. OH NO MR. BILL! I HOPE ITS NOT THE SAME ONE.
