Kick start bushing

Needing to replace the kick start bushing on my CB77....I see there some on eBay for $50. and they are in England.....Anyone know of a better price and in the USA ?.....much thanks ..........

For me, it's the other way around .... Many of the parts I've researched are only sold in the USA and not in Europe.

The part that sky.fred has linked to is not the part that I think of when speaking of the kickstart bushing. Are you referring to the one in the right side cover? If that is getting loose then it should definitely be replaced ASAP as the cover itself can crack just above the bushing boss. This is a weak spot in the design. It should also be kept well lubricated.

I have had them made by a machinist at a repair shop before. It should be an easy job for someone with a lathe and some competence. Bronze is the best material. The outside should be a press fit while the inside should allow free rotation of the shaft. The hole for grease can be made by pulling the grease fitting and using the grease channel as a drill guide.
