dyna coils install thread

i was hoping anyone that has installed a pair of dyna coils could post pictures of the install on this thread so we can have a photo library of different ideas and such. ill post mine once i install.

Are you sure you need DYNA coils.

They are great coils and I have installed many, but I raced for years with stock coils and points and they were quite capable of lighting a high compression methanol burner.

hello teazer. i am switching over to the electronic ignition set up and have already purchased everything along with the dyna coils so will install soon. yeah im sure its not completely necessary but everything is purchased. my bike has ran great for the past 3+ years with the points system along with those old coils but would like to overhaul the bike a bit. if you have any photos of your dyna coil installs it would be cool to see them. also would you recommend rubber mounting the coils? or is this not needed?
