Speedometer repairSpeedometer repairDoes any one know who can replace the broken speedometer needle on my CL77. (I have a spare speedometer that has a good needle). Someone local to Denver would be great, but I would send it
as well. Thanks. jarl ---
What I'm riding (when running): 1966 (mostly) CL77 305 You can do it if you have the incentive to try. Do a search here and you will find a write up on how to take apart your speedo. I did mine last year and provided a write-up on how I made replacement gaskets and resealed the speedo with black RTV (silicone). You might just rebuild the spare you have and put that on the bike. Or you could find a spare needle for yours and rebuild both.

to over 18k. thanks again, jarl ---
