My Dream has "Nitto" whitewall 3.25x16's front and back that are showing some cracks. They are at least 25 years old, probably considerably older so its amazing that they are in as good of a condition as they are. They seem to ride fine but they cant be very safe so I want to replace both tires and tubes. Are the Coker tires that several have mentioned the Firestone whitewalls that are listed on their website for $103 or something different? Is that the best whitewall choice for this bike?

p.s....LM, if you recall my plug fouling problem from several months ago, it seems to have worked itself out on its own. I guess it blew some cobwebs out somewhere. Anyway, it's running great at the moment.

I bought the wide whitewall firestone tires from coker last year for my dream. both were the same size, they looked great, fit great and rode great. No problems with them for me. I order a lot of tires from them and have never had a problem. The whitewalls are kinda pricy though. nutt
