CB77 Side stand is optional? or standard equipment?
CB77 Side stand is optional? or standard equipment?I was wondering why my 1967 CB77 has no side stand? Did not all CB77s have side stands? I have one on hand to install,just wondering if all Super hawks had them?
Thailand side standsWho has experience with these side stands They are $149 on ebay and still you need the rest of the mounting hardware. You have to wonder if they are really Genuine Honda?? When you get one is it the same as the photo.

Sidestands did not come standard on CB77/72's. Back in 1963 we didn't even know about them, we never saw one! Then I had a look at an early CB77 parts book with the beautiful litho drawings, and there it was in all its glory with the mounting plate and all the OEM Honda numbers and parts listed you needed to get one. Early parts book will show everything you need, even describe length and size of mount bolts.
