David Silver lists the whole set as one part as a single number....

Can't think why :-)

http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/C77- ... rt_196192/

for $24.00

or aftermarket

http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/C77- ... rt_196233/

for the princely sum of $14.36

CMS has ....

Spring 28125-253-020
Cap 28126-253-030
Roller 91103-259-000

Done mine today was kinda tricky putting it back together so far good time will tell.
I replaced the assembly with one that I got off ebay rebuilt it now I have the old one on the bench and at first inspection not sure I see anything wrong with it.
So now I am thinking it might be the starter making the noise. Like I said time will tell.
I am going to rebuild the old one now.

Well your going to have to remove the side cover and reinstall it this time take the kick arm and move it counter clockwise to 11:00 clock then slide the cover in place when you release it it sound be at 1:00. You have to do this for the kick starter to work correctly.
If anyone can explain this better then I have please do.

Maybe this will help
