Sprockets wanted/where to buySprockets wanted/where to buyBased in the UK. Does anyone know where I can get sprockets from? Looking for a 15t front and (ideally) a 33 tooth rear. For my race bike. I think the 15t front is standard CB77, but no suppliers have them here.
I think there are some JT ones which will fit, bit I cannot find which. Alternatively, happy to buy good used sprockets from someone. Re: Sprockets wanted/where to buyCMS has them but they are eye-wateringly expensive.
https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb77-super- ... ml#results I usually pick them up from US eBay on my travels. These guys could supply you a suitable sprocket blank which you could modify to fit. http://www.sprocketsunlimited.com/Sprockets.html G

sprocketsHello Charles
What chain are you running on the racer 530 or 520 ? I am off to Stafford this weekend but can check what I have next week if you cant get anything sorted out. Gordon Thanks all.
Gordon I am on a 530 chain, but a 520 front sprocket will work. However, the JT sprocket code JTF568 which is available in 15, 16, 17 and 18 tooth will fit the CB72/77 spline - I think my bike is is the early (deep) spline with two locking tab bolt holes which is what i have measured JTF568 up to. Holes will need to be tapped and drilled for the locking tab bolts but that will be easy. JT sprockets are really good, i use them all the time for my overland bikes with no issues, whenever i accidentally use something else they wear out in no time. JTF568 costs about £10. Charles
race sprocketsHello Charles
I admire your optimisim, those front sprockets are usually pretty tough. Fortunately I have some spare 15T & 33T sprockets you can have, they are not new but in decent condition, they are for 520 chain and would obviously be best using that but that should not be a problem just for testing the gearing. I also have 34 & 35T if you want to try them. Give me a call / e-mail if you want them. Gordon I've gotten rear sprockets from Sprockets Unlimited ( Jane and John ) who do the autojumbles in the past - normally contact them first to see they have them and collect at Stafford, Kempton etc. These are the people who do the non original primary chain as well.
Also sure I've used Yamaha XS650 sprockets on my CB72 at the front in the past. They come in a variety of sizes inc 15T but are not drilled to take the Honda locating plate so I used a circlip. Sure this was mentioned somewhere on this site. Hope this helps. Phil
