Leaky shifter

Post by Pigeonalley » Mon Mar 21, 2005 1:58 am

I have a bad seal on the left case. I'm sure this is not an uncommon problem. I see one of my future projects has the same problem. Is this a press in seal and where can I get them?

Thanks Rob

Thanks to some the helpful folks here I found the answer to my question.

For those of you haveing the same problem here is what I was told; the seal is Honda part #91202-250-000 it is a 14x25x7 press-in seal. This is the same seal used on the kick starter shaft on the right side.

As of this post 3/22/05 Ohio cycle has them in stock.

I want to thank all those who took their time helping me with this.
