i was wondering, how hard is it to do a front end conversion from cb72 onto a ca72? has anyone done this? parts needed? cheers!

Good luck, but I can't see why you'd want to cock up a cruiser and turn it into a bruiser. Those lovely leading-link forks are much more comfortable to ride with, rather than the jarring harshness of the aged telescopics of the CB (although I'm a CB-man thru & thru -- a bit like a stick of Brighton Rock). Depends upon your riding style, preference and routes, of course.

Nice one!
Done this with a Honda C200.
Put in a Honda C320 front fork.

Rides nice but I want to put back that old one.
