Thanks for the tip, Ian. Wow, 150 seems pretty big, but I'll be anticipating I'll another change now. I have been using plug readings to indicate whether the full throttle mix is correct.
(Run at full throttle in 4th gear on a suitable grade for at least 1/4 mile, then pull clutch and kill engine, coast to a stop and check the sparkplug insulator color.)
I have the JCW "Dunstalls" which have about 7 pipes at the exit, and am using a stock air filter.
By the way, when my engine seized, I also needed to switch to reserve, so the mixture was extra lean. I am going to hope that no damage was done. I hope I am not the only one who has had an engine seize, and has gone on with no rebuild. Maybe I should say 6 Hail Mary's to Soichiro.

I was shocked when even 140 was not big enough, but these engines starve for fuel at full throttle, and compensating for it will give it that energy it needs, better to be too rich than too lean and sieze the pistons from over heating. Running lean will just cause long term damage.
Soichiro was a marvel engineer, thats why they one all those gp's back in the day and created this legacy we still live on, I would bet your engine is fine, he had the Edison mentality, 1000 ways to do it wrong, 1 way to do it right. Try your's out at 140 and get another set and have them machined if you need a larger size, jetsareus is a hit or a mis as there are two thread types on the jet holster. email them first to check if you go with them.
