Welcome to the forum.
You can probably fix it yourself if you are at all mechanically inclined.
What have you done to it already since it was running?

Brewsky I took it apart and put it back together. Then again I know about Carburetor.(motorcycle or Cars) But I can do engine work I did count the 1/2 turns it took to to remove the jet screws and put them back the same turns.
I did get a rebuild package for my petcock, but the gasgets that came with it for the bowl warps and deforms when fuel sets on it for a while causing it to leak like crazy That may be some of my problem

Mix screw (closest to engine) .........1 1/4 out from lightly seated.

Idle speed screw, .....turn in till you can just feel the slide starting to move up from bottomed out.

Wait till the engine is completely warmed up before making final adjustments.
