CL77 Motor Fully Restored Value

In researching the costs to restore this vintage engine, what would *you* pay for a fully rebuilt 1966 CL77 engine?

New seals, gaskets, pistons, rings, pins, cam and screws done by a former Honda guy.

Your input is appreciated.

The head is slowly coming loose and it appears the bottom end is in okay condition (at least the cylinders, pistons and cranks). Does anyone know of a good 'dry' test for the transmission? Shouldn't I be able to ...

Whole or Part?

Thank you both for the info. GMan, that's the photo I was looking for. Red frame with non-slotted chain guard, but my fenders are steel.

HT, my frame number is about 120 digits earlier than the engine.
