Check the Woodruff Key and Keyway on the crankshaft. Might have received quite a jolt.

The only studs which truly require acorn nuts are the two front outer ones with the copper washers. It would be better to use ordinary nuts for the others to ensure that they are properly torqued. Thanks Tim, One thing I have noticed when investigating is that the 4 inner cylinder head dome nuts are quite short looking. I did read somewhere that the CB77 cylinder head nuts have a specific inner depth, could it be that the nuts are bottoming on the studs and not torquing down correctly. Did s...
