Thank you Ed, my thoughts where that a pw22 carb is a pw22 carb.... In the mean time I know better, there are many different types! Thank you for your advise, I will try and let you know the result.

After a rebuild I did the first run of my C77 this weekend. The engine runs smoothly! After a couple of minutes I shut the engine down for inspection and found out that there is a oil leak between the oil seal behind the gear of the driven chain and the carter. I replaced all the seals incuding this...

Can anyone tell me the size of the 4 circlips in the piston? I must remove the pistons and because I already did did once, I want to renew those circlips. Tommorrow is a big fair in the netherlands and maybe I can find some new ones when I know the exact size.

Looks great, nice job. I took a picture of my front so you can see how the cable goes into the front fender.
