Frank,
I just got a CL77 going, I am no expert but I checked my 2 coils running an ohm meter from center plug wire to a terminal and got a reading around 7.5 on both (2 coils on the CL77). Don't know if that is good, or bad, but mine is running.

Thanks bamacl, Adjusting that screw did it. The nuts seemed to grab enough to hold it flush, I think it will be stable enough given the fact I won't be doing any hard off roading. Handlebar switch work now as well after I put the brass foil wrap under the switch. http://www.goomer.com/honda/images/c...

Well I had to take a look further and might have come up with a solution, albeit, not a perfect one. I took the horn apart, 6 screws outer chrome cover. remove 3 screws, 1 that is an adjustment screw, and two that just hold things in place, but nothing is budging as far as the coil and magnets, so I...

CL77 Horn mount

Hi folks, I'm up and running so it's time to refine some other things. The horn to start. It does not work with the button and was hanging out the back of the headlight. I opened up the HL and saw one nut on a screw, and thought the other was a stud, but is a broken off screw. I attempted to tighten...

I think I got it. Decided to buy new plug wires and caps, bought copper core (not solid, by mistake) and 5k NGK Plug Caps. I also bought a used points plate off eBay, as mine was beat and the screws suspicious (too long). But something else came up. I bought 5 of these gas filters http://img.banggoo...

Let it get warm, but the left cylinder was cold, not functioning. Shut it off, Right cylinder 122, or there ...

I got a couple of blanks from Hondakeys.com, went to a local locksmith and I believe he cut them using the key code. $16 for blanks, $2 for cuts.
