Everything looks good after taking the clutch cover off. Unfortunately, I think it is time to split the case. A bit out of my league repairwise.

Funky Shifting

I have a 64 Ca77 with shifting issues. I can go up in gear just fine but when I go to downshift, I end up in neutral instead of a lower gear. I must then upshift back into gear and then I can downshift gears. This happens consistantly. If I hard shift down by not holding in the clutch, it downshifts...

Update: Replaced the throttle cable as the other had a pretty nasty kink in it when I finally got it apart. Smooth operation now Holding off on the electronic ignition until I can get a proper engine rebuild this winter. Installed new difusers which really made the dream purr. Replaced a dead tailli...
