Throttle issue

1964 Dream Throttle issue. I've included a video to help illustrate what I believe is an issue with the throttle. Yeah, so no spark trying the screwdriver thing with either the kick start or electric start. I also tried both wires. What would be the next step then? New wires? I can see that the spark plug wires connect to an item in the right side cover. What are all these items? I know the orange thing is the ...

Battery and Tank

Ordered a battery online and actually found the original on a return trip to Pittsburgh last weekend. Going to investigate having a local company build some innards to fit in the case of the old one.
