I couldn't find a tensioner for a CA77. I bought one for a superhawk instead. I remove the roller from it and use that on my old tensioner.
Hope it works.
After that I'm gonna work on the cylinders. I need to get me a pair of new sleeves (STD bore).

EngineI after the tear down of the engine I got the list of parts that would need to be replaced. I was able to buy;
Piston Rings (STD sized) Pistons Stator Gasket set (still in transit.bought off from ebay.nervous that it will get lost on its way here)
Polished partsThe bikes carb cover was painted black. The fender bracket and handlebar clamp were painted silvery grey.
I stripped the paint off and polished them.
