Thanks Graham,

I had seen those ones on David Silver's site, just wondered if anyone had fitted them as I have heard that some reproductions can give problems with rich running etc. Have you used them in any of your bikes?

Sorry, I wanted to post a picture but have been away from my computer all weekend and can't work out how to do it on my phone!

Looks like it is the float valve I'm after, for want of a better description it's the part with a pointy end!!

Thanks for the replies.

Hi, I do also have a centre stand on the bike which looks as if it will fit into the recess perfectly. How is the side stand supposed to sit under the muffler? A picture would be really helpful.

CB77 Carb Needle Valves

Hi, The needle valves are worn in the carbs on my CB77 - one has a visible score mark around it. The bike runs ok but is running too rich, so I would like to replace the worn parts in the carbs. Does anyone have any experience with aftermarket needles valves? - Keyster and Sudco are the ones I have ...

CB77 Side stand

Hi, I had a trial run of fitting my new reproduction mufflers to my CB77 the other day, and came across a problem. The side stand on my bike appears to be too short - there's a recessed part in the muffler that I assume the side stand is supposed to fit into when its folded away, but mine just hits ...

Greg, I've just got home and had a look at the Overlanders mufflers. In general they are really nicely made and look good quality, however for the money they are a few things I'm slightly disappointed with... Hi Greg, I have just bought a set of CB77 repro mufflers from Overlanders, they arrived yesterday but I haven't seen them yet as I'm away from home until tomorrow! I'll take some pictures and let you know what they're like when I get home. One thing I would say is don't expect to get them in a hurry...
