Thanks for the reply HT. The only thing I know about the engine is that the seller says that it turns over easily and has 125 compression on both cylinders. Does anyone know if there is a shop near Kalamazoo MI that could do the machining for new valves if I decide to go that route? Maybe that's the...

Hi all. I have a 1963 CA77 Frame and Engine. Can anyone tell my if a 1966 CA77 Engine will fit in the 1963 frame? I made the vent hole in the bottle a little bigger, and added a carabiner (thanks for the tip bbap:) I popped off the carb bowl and made sure I had gas flowing. I also took off the ground strap and cleaned up the bolt, holes, and the paint around where the ground strap makes contact with the frame. ...

Thanks Hahnda, that's what I'll do next. The carb rebuild kit that I got from Ohio Cycle wasn't for my 63 carb, but I was able to use the gasket and the float valve.

I'll try that tomorrow and post back.
