ive got same problem i can get one piston out of sleeve but other one hangs up dont wanna beat on it but i get full travel up and down with piston in the bore but one side will not come out of the jug can i take the motor and use a block of wood and tap it with a hammer or to risky?????

stuck motor from sitting

ok yesterday i saved on from the crusher 1965 superhawk so the fine people of this forum told me thank you, the transmission shifts fine but motor is stuck from sitting , i took the pipes off and putt oil on the exhuast vavles should i take carbs off as well and dump some in there? help is oil best ...

i guess that is what i ment was to rebuild it and make it road worthy , guy who i got it from is heading back up to the pile thinks the tank is there ........man i hope so

well this number from the motor i got from the top side of the case which is on the side of the motor where the shifter is ....if the motor doesnt match the bike is it still worth restoing or is it really just a parts bike?

ok i got the numbers off the wiring harness which are YB7244852B 1964 sumito mo......and the motor numbers are as follows cl77e 1016635
