I've probably missed you by a couple of months as I don't visit very often....but I could have/can help you define what is zinc - here is a photo of my zinc I had re-plated for my 1965 CL77 restore.

Finished it today with the setting of the timing and putting fuel in the tank. It started on the 2nd kick and was idleing on it's own without choke after 30 seconds.
