I blame the fact that most who are old enought to remember the Superhawk do not know how to turn on a computer... j/k

Re: cb77 wheel sizes??
Sorry the actual sizes escape me right now, I'll check on that. I know they are 18" but I can't remeber the size... I will say I bought my rims (EXCEL) from Buchanan's Spoke and Rim. The trick to these bikes is that the spoke holes must be drilled at a wierd angle due to the bike having drum br...

OK I went through Deters Metal Finishing, you can find him as spewicksvintage on Ebay. He knows these bikes, and the chrome looks great. I really enjoyed dealing with him... His prices are fair and the work was completed in a timely manner.

-Bill

Out of curiosity what’s wrong with your motor, or do you not have one? If your needing top end parts I may be able to help as I have a bunch of stuff lying around.

-Bill
3rd Gear Main Shaft Wear
Was wondering if anyone had a feel on how wide the groove for the shift fork should be on my 3rd gear? It measures 6mm wide max... I'm guessing that is way worn as there seems to be significant damage to the fork itself. If anyone has a replacement they are willing to part with I'd love to have it.<...

Re: 3mm Oversize Pistons
Yeah you can get them from brenbike@aol.com or just check Ebay for his auctions (brenbike)... they are Hap Jones, and are available with the s12 head gasket for a price.

-Bill
