2nd gear ??? jumping in and out of with light throttle
Finished up a 64 Ca77 Dream but it has a bad habit. Motor #CA77E 103441. The bike jumps in and out of 2nd gear with light throttle. I seems to hold in second better with heavy throttle. I am a light throttle style rider!!! The other gears work fine with the exception it is hard to down shift from 4t...

Thakyou for the infomation and verification. I only have one chance to tap the crank and it needed to be the correct size!!!!

bolt length, dia and thread # on Ca77 dyno to r h crank shaf
I need to know what size tap to clean out the right hand threaded crankshaft on a Ca77 1964 305 motor. I also need to replace the bolt, Part # 90026-259-000, If someone can tell the size of bolt, dia , and thread size, great!! This attaches the Dyno to this tapered rh crankshaft.
